Providing space for exploration and understanding

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I appreciate the opportunity to learn and engage with people of different cultures and backgrounds. I bring that same energy into the therapeutic space, encouraging people to explore their own identities and take pride in who they are. I provide virtual individual therapy for teens, young adults, and parents. I currently provide virtual therapy on Fridays only. Outside of this practice, I also work at Kaiser Oakland Child Psychiatry. Other experience includes universities, residentials, and nonprofits.
